Events of Excellence Catering is fully licensed and insured. All food is prepared in our professional kitchen where all our staff are trained in food service. All wait-staff go through our training class and attend the safe food handling class conducted by the City of Detroit Health Department.

This is kind of a random message, but I think that it is important.
I just wanted you to know that Stacie has been a complete joy to work with. This is my first year planning the James Group's picnic. I have never planned an event on this large a scale and she's made it a lot easier.
She has been calling me consistently since we decided to have you cater for us to check up on our plans and make sure everything is in order. She went beyond what she had to do and called Joker's Entertainment (the company from which we buy our moonwalks) and got the order straight with them in order to get us the bouncy you promised us for free.
She is prompt with revised proposals and always has a kind and sweet attitude on the phone. She will even call me on my cell after hours to make sure we are on the same page.
She is very smart (at times thinking of things that I'd forgotten) and competent with her work. One day I asked her if she'd be helping us out on the day of the picnic just because she was doing such a good job of making something that could be a lot more stressful relatively easy! I wanted her there to delegate. : )
You probably already know all this, and I could go on and on, but I really appreciate her attitude and her service. It's hard to find people now-a-days who care about what they do. She seems like she really wants what we plan together to be a success.
